GENERAL INFORMATION & POLICIES

The Facility will be closed on the following dates:

Thanksgiving Weekend, Christmas Eve, Day & Boxing Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Victoria Day, Canada Dayst, Civic Holiday & Labour Day, and over some school/summer holidays.

Registration:

You may register by contacting the gym via phone or e-mail. Upon reserving a spot, payment in full is required. Cheque, cash, debit, or e-transfer to 519-377-1189 is accepted. NSF cheque fee: $45. Annual Fees:

All members are to pay a non-refundable annual fee of $45. This is valid from July 1st to June 30th

Attire:

All participants must be in proper gymnastics attire. (body suit) Hair must be neatly secured. Absolutely no baggy clothing and jewellery allowed.

Pick Up & Drop Off:

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your class time and pick children up promptly at the end of class. Parents must come into the building to pick up their children promptly at the end of the scheduled class time. Coaches are not available to supervise children at the end of class as they are to remain in the gym.

Cancellation of Classes:

We reserve the right to combine or cancel a class due to low enrolment. Ratios will be kept in-line with industry standards. Classes cancelled due to inclement weather, will not be made up at the end of the session.

Viewing Area:

Parents and spectators are not allowed on the gym floor to view a class, only registered members are allowed in the gymnastics facility. Spectators must stay in the designated viewing area. This is in accordance with insurance guidelines.

 

Photography:

Due to privacy reasons, please refrain from taking photos and videos while in the facility.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are not satisfied after the first class, you are entitled to a full refund of class fees only. GO Fees are non-refundable.  Pro-rated refunds will be issued up until the 3rd class. If you cancel your enrolment after the 3rd class, no refund will be issued. All refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee. The annual Gymnastics Ontario membership fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation of enrollment in camps; camp registrations will be charged a minimum one day of the advertised daily rate + $25 administration fee and the annual gymnastics Ontario membership fee.

Safety & Conduct of Participants:

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the program for any reason.
Participants are to be respectful of all others at all times. Poor behaviour, stealing, bullying, consumption of illegal substances, smoking or failure to adhere to gym rules, will result in immediate removal from the program and no refund will be issued.
Cell phones and ipods are not allowed in the gym.                                                                                                                               We are a peanut free facility.

Competitive Fees:

All fees are for training only. Any and all additional fees will be collected in advance of registering, ordering or booking any additional activities outside of stated training fees.
